Delivery

Which countries do you deliver to?

Kopo Création delivers its products mainly in metropolitan France. 

We have recently started offering delivery to cross-border countries: Belgium, Germany, Spain, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Portugal and Switzerland.

 For other countries, don't hesitate to ask us for a quote! contact us.

What are the delivery methods and times?

Once your nugget is picked up by our carrier (Geodis) you will be contacted to make an appointment for delivery. Please note that deliveries on pallets are always made at the foot of your building. It is therefore preferable to plan to be two people to unpack and transport your furniture safely.

Attention: We draw your attention to the importance of checking the conformity of the goods delivered at the time of delivery before signing the delivery note. Any anomaly concerning the delivery (damage, missing product compared to the delivery note, damaged parcel) must imperatively be indicated on the delivery note, accompanied by the signature of the controller. If necessary, we ask you to inform us of any anomaly within a maximum period of 24 hours from the delivery. No recourse will be possible if you do not meet the above conditions.

Is delivery free?

And yes! On all our shop, delivery is offered in France.

Feedback and exchange

What should I do if I have received a defective/damaged product ?

First of all, we are sorry for this mishap.

First, contact us within 2 working days of receiving your package. An email containing an exchange number for the product(s) concerned will be sent to you.

You must then return the product in its entirety and in its original packaging (the return costs are at our expense!)

What are the terms of return?

We are sorry that one of our products is not suitable for you. 

Now you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a refund or exchange of this product. Once you have sent us this request for withdrawal, you again have 14 days to return it (the return costs are at your expense).

 Please note that these terms and conditions only apply to products from our catalogue and that no returns are possible for custom-made products.

What should I do if I have not received my order confirmation email ?

First of all, we invite you to check that this email has not been hidden in a spam or ad folder. 

If you still can't find it, we direct you to our "Contact Us" page so that we can help you.

What are the means of payment?

On our website you can pay by credit card, bank transfer or with PayPal / PayPal 4X without any fees. In all cases, the payment is secure.

How do I create a KOPO Creation account?

To do this, nothing could be easier. Go to the "My Account" section. From here, in the "Register" section, you can finalise the creation of your account by simply entering an email address and a password.

How do I change my password?

Good news, it's very simple! Go to the "My account" section. Once you have logged in, you will find in the "Account details" a section dedicated to changing your password. All you have to do is enter your current password and the new password you want.

What do I do if I have forgotten my password?

Don't panic, click here : Forgot your password? Simply enter your email address or login details and a link will be sent to you by email to create a new one.

How do I maintain my item?

Our creations are designed to withstand the trials of everyday life! They are oiled, so a quick wipe with a damp sponge every day will keep your furniture clean. Be sure to dry the surface after cleaning. 

For more extensive annual maintenance, you can purchase a maintenance kit, contact us.

Where are the dimensions of the products ?

The dimensions of each product can be found in the "Additional information" section (below the photos) and in the product description.

However, if you think you've found the perfect nugget for your home but are unsure of its size, you can always contact us here.

We will gladly assist you in designing a custom-made piece of furniture.

The brand

Where does our wood come from ?

At Kopo Creation, we have chosen to work exclusively with solid oak for its robustness and above all its national abundance. Our wood comes from French forests that are sustainably managed and carry the PEFC or FSC labels.

What is the Ecolabel?

The eco-label applies to many of our everyday products. At Kopo Creation we use carefully selected products to limit our environmental footprint while ensuring the same quality as a non-labelled product. Our glues and oils carry this ecolabel.

What does "A+" in volatile pollutants mean ?

Since 2013, various products have been required to label the amount of volatile pollutants they emit. This labelling classifies, according to the impact on air quality, from A+ for products with very low emissions to C for those with high emissions.
